Once the order has been placed and paid, BOYD takes 2 to 5 business days to process the order as a result of which BOYD shall notify the Customer that the order is confirmed. If the order is not confirmed by BOYD, the Company shall provide a refund within 3 business days. The time of refund shall be extended due to bank rules which are out of the control of BOYD and cannot be grounds for Company’s liability for delay of refund. During the confirmation period, Customer funds will not be transferred, but in Pending status until final confirmation is made.

The order can be returned and fully refunded within 14 calendar days since delivery.

The payment methods accepted for transactions shall be Visa and MasterCard, or at discretion of BOYD, by check or cash, and the acceptable currency for payment shall be UAE Dirham.

Because most artworks are outside of UAE at the time of the order, the international delivery may take 5 to 30 days after the order has been placed. The shipping fee is included in the total order price. We work with all regions, but free delivery is only in Dubai. UAE and other GCC countries do not have free delivery.

BOYD can also swap the artwork, if it isn't the right fit or option. If there are questions with selection, we recommended BOYD's selection service.

To be eligible for an exchange, Art works must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned back to BOYD with all proper packaging and documentation.
